Once you have made the decision to sell your home, it is important to do the proper research to make the process easier for you. The resources that I provide here are a great way to get started! While getting a signed contract is a great accomplishment, that is just the beginning of the process. A typical home sale today can involve more than 20 steps after the initial contract in order to complete the transaction.

I Provide the experience, dedication and local knowledge to guide you through the entire process. I make it my personal goal to ensure that your home is sold in the optimal time frame and at the most effective price. As your personal representative, I will utilize all my marketing resources to showcase your homes best assets as well as determine what improvements can be made to have to greatest impact.

Much of what needs to be done before the closing is the responsibility of appraisers, loan processors, attorneys, and inspectors. My role also includes coordinating those responsibilities in order to ensure that others do their jobs promptly, correctly and with your best interest in mind.

Many of the steps between signing the initial contract and the closing require the cooperation of both the buyer and seller. Having attentive real estate professionals on both sides of the transaction allows for close attention to details and keeps the deal on track.
